Shelled Hemp Seed 100g

Our shelled raw hemp seeds or hemp hearts are dehullled seeds of the hemp plant cannabis sativa. These are not psychotropic (mind-altering) as they only contain trace the active ingredient tetrahydrocannabinol (THC).

Hemp seeds are a good source of complete protein and the heart-healthy omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids. A recommended serving of 3 tbsp provides about 99% manganese which aids metabolism, supports brain function and good thyroid health.

Use in preparation of your hemp seed milk or add to smoothies and baked products.
